Yes, it happened yesterday in “Venkatadri express”, when a passenger suffering from heart attack, fellow passengers tried to pull the chain but train didn’t stopped even after pulling chain in 3 coaches.
Due to the negligence of railway officials he couldn’t get the treatment on time and died with heart attack. Railway officials have to check the functionality of Chains in regular intervals.

I appeal to all the members here to buy and keep 5 tablets of "Sorbitrate" it costs only Rs.20 and in case of severe heart attack, has to keep this table under the tongue in a interval of 5 minutes and then get the patient to nearest hospital. This will definitely safe a person, who knows one day even it can save yourself..
