Finally, the much awaited vlog on AC 2 tier of Purushottam Express is here!
Unfortunately there are two thing missing,
1) Brown seats of AC 2 tier. This coach was manufactured by RCF Kapurthala, hence brown seats wasn't visible.

Leather quality matters. Earlier even in 3A coaches of ICF time also had the brown leather seats.
Honestly, they are PU Vinyl only. Like pure leather is impossible in anything currently. And at that time, huge quantity of leather would not have been possible.
