Usme railway ki nhi logo ki galti hoti hai.
Vaise bhi trespassing illegal hai.
Aur fencing provide kr hi rhi hai railways.
So no issues.

Sirf normal public hi track ke aaspaas nahi hoti hai. There are animals too (fencing doesn't completely stop access to tracks) and also track maintainers are there
