There is only one train, where are the other two?

Bilkul, Bihar aur MP jaise padosi rajyon ki tulna mein, UP mein state run buses ka bahut achcha network hai.

Yahi wajah hai ki festival ke waqt, Lucknow jaisi capital mein bhi, jahan pakka patronage milega, wahaan bhi Delhi ke liye dedicated specials nahi hain.

Pretty much what you said, beshaq roadways are not the most comfortable way to travel, but when it gets the job done, it basically gets the job done.

There is nothing called roadways in Jharkhand, there is in Bihar but not even remotely close to the level of UPSRTC.

If someone stands for a while at Allahabad Civil Lines Bus Stand, they will see the UPSRTC frequency - Banaras, Lucknow, Kanpur, Jaunpur, Pratapgarh, and so on.

For every place, the bus frequency will be between 5 to 20 minutes.

In UP, where there is no train, there are government buses, and where there are no government buses, there are dozens and hundreds of private buses.

I would like to add one more point to this discussion, specifically regarding the privatization of public services, such as state-owned buses and railways.

The festive season is coming, Railways are launching special trains continuously. When Maha-Kumbh will arrive in Prayagraj, UPSRTC will put hundreds of new buses for neighboring cities and towns.

No matter how much we abuse Railways or Roadways, these organizations take responsibility for people like guardians (parents), while private commodities like private buses or the airline sector, increase their prices during the festive season.

And that is the difference between government and private for you.
