What will be the cancellation charges for a 2nd Class sleeper ticket worth 220/- if cancelled before and within 24 hours of departure of train?
AFAIK, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 60/- if i cancel the ticket before 24 hours of departure and Rs. 55/- if i choose to cancel the ticket within 24 hours.

So, now onward it will be beneficial for those who holds a confirmed ticket of value upto 240/- to cancel their ticket within 24 hours of departure of train. They will have more time to plan about their journey
