God forbidding, if the train arrives late and the exam gets over, will IR return the fares collected?? ;p
They must return the full fare + Application fees of COMED-K exam to each student..:P

money is not important here. its more than money. its a make or break exam for many which changes life. the mental agony that students face travelling in this late running train may effect performance and loose crucial marks. railway should more of social responsibility here and not revenue or priority to regular trains.
yeah well said...It looks like IR has lost his mind too after the Leader.
