I was very excited before getting on-board 12001 Bhopal - New Delhi Shatabdi Express, as I was in front of India's No 1 train in terms of service and punctuality with some high speed action. But as soon as I saw my coach C9, a series of disappointment started:
1. There were food everywhere on stairs to board train, cleaning staff must have thrown from moving train.
2. As soon as I entered the Indian railways trademark urine smell welcomed me, coming from toilet

One step ahead ... sliding door need some muscle power and which was repaired using raw plywood with tape all around
4. Entered into the coach which was not at all cleaned and one spot food everywhere, even on the tray in front of your seats
5. AC was struggling to cool, excuse given by Tech Staff - Outside temp is high which was only 37 deg that day
6. Roof lights were hanging and so called JUGAD technology of Indian Railways can be spotted easily to hold covers
7. The worst part service boys were picked from Tent house or road side dhabas to serve food (check video), they were neither dressed nor looking bathed from months
8. Served tea in polystyrene plates which were torned and piled near toilet
9. No hot pot given, only hot water in cups instead to make tea
10. Toilet condition was as bad as a passenger train
11. Food Food Food everywhere on floor once you exit to toilet/door area
12. We raised voice called TS and filed complaints, then only those rowdy boys removed from service
13. Got 2 piece of soup sticks and half cup of soup before dinner
14 Served dinner - Daal, Paneer Curry, 2 Paratha's, 5-6 spoonful rice and some salad and pickle - NO CURD
15. Yiiiiike's awwwwwe how can a person eat such food. A road side dhaba sells even better
If this is called KING of Indian Railways then I refused to accept, the KING is rotting and dying slowly by these profit making vendors in association with railway staff and officers who just listen everything with closed eyes and ears and big pockets.
The only good part was train;s speed which started 30 mins late and reached 5 min late.

next time you travel on this train or any other train and the train incharge or any other railway/catering staff doesn't listen to your complaint or doesn't register your complain then immediately register your complaint through SMS with all india IR complaint no. +919717630982 with details viz your PNR no. and train no. and next halt approaching.
