new form of cheating by external railway ticket counters
yesterday i had been to nizamuddin station to pickup my parents.....when i had purchased platform ticket from external ticket counter i was given chocolates instead of balance change. like 1 chocolate for 1 re......but they are not worth even 25paisa.... i had seen there is a big packet of chocolates near counter.....i think there are doing this intentionally......easily they will earn 5-10k with this daily

last month I was at Bangalore City and my cousin went to see me off. Inside when we asked the whereabouts of the Pf ticket counter, they asked to go out of the building and we will get the counter. To our shock it was a PCO cum pan stall cum pf ticket counter. Is this thing is really allowed?
yes, i guess railway allowed to setup such counter due to heavy rush in the main counters
