Dear Sir, thanks for your prediction, 7 out of 10 W/L tickets were confirmed and 3 got updated to RAC. We had boarded 1057 from MMR at 0440 am with 3 PNR nos but during boarding one person lost his purse containing Icard. First TT did not check Icards and shown us as boarded but now the new TT is saying all three passengers in that PNR will be treated as w/o ticket so charged accordingly. Actually these 3 tickets were in RAC so if we are paying penalty and charges for new ticket 9being treated as w/o ticket), we should get refund for RAC tickets but TT says previous TT has shown you boarded so refund will not be possible. It seems flaw in rules, pls advise. regards, Gulshan.

Thank you Sir. But the issue is when one TTE is giving Ok report for boarding, how other TTE after 8 hrs can charg for w/o tickets if our Icard is lost in transit. Moreover, there is no identity check required for those who book ticket at window but each TTE wants to ensure that Icard is there for e-ticket passengers thogh we are helping the railway but not creating rush by online booking.
