Bhor Ghat section - ये ना ही है जन्नत, ना ही इधर है कोई पर्वत, यह जगह है हर एक Railfan का जो सबकी पूरी करे मन्नत - Sahil Khandare

This train is showing availability of seats from October 31. Does this mean that the train will resume its services from that day? I am anxiously waiting for this train to start running between Agartala and Lumding. Please anyone who has more information quench my curiosity.
