I have Plan a trip to nd from New delhi to Shahjhapur on 3rd nd 4th August respectively.
But the availabilty is in waiting.
Should i Book from delhi to Shahjhapur
or delhi to Lucknow,?? to increase my chances of confirmation

Its highly unlikely to confirm in either of the cases for this train. I suggest you take some other train.

I shouldn't really say this with this much certainty but its practically impossible to get a 3A or 2A ticket confirmed from here on in Avadh Assam.
There's a feasible chain if you're OK with it.
Delhi Anand Vihar- Moradabad in 12040 Kathgodam Shatabdi.
Moradabad - Shahjahanpur in 13152 or 15654.

Getting a ticket in avadh assam is quite difficult to get at such a short notice of time.

Take the Delhi-Bareilly Express at 6am from Delhi till Bareilly
From bareilly take the Bareilly-Varanasi Express till shahjahapur.
