I have booked the rail ticket in Tatkal and it went to Waitlist, when the chart is prepared the status was still Waitlist-14, so now i dont travel, will i get money refunded? As i know the tatkal tickets cannot be cancelled. So pl help.

Waitlisted tatkal tickets can be cancelled and you will get refund.
i hav booked it through irctc, now status is waitlist 14 after charting, is it necessary to file TDR?
Nop.. it will get cancelled automatically and money will come back to your account in 3-4 working days time.
It will get cancelled automatically and refund amount will be credited back to your account in 3-4 days time...No need to file TDR.
