Recently one of friend visited Karnataka via goa and send the pics of a passenger train's coupe attached with LCD TV - I wonder is it applicable or rather can we see it in North India's train ??

it was started in Tippu / Siddaganga Intercity long back, later introduced in many South Indian trains. It becamr very popular in Lalbagh / Bangalore - Chennai Intercity Exp....

Yes, it has been put in Bangalore - Hubli Jan Shatabdi as well.. They will telecast movie songs, in between, the current running status of the train is also displayed along with current station and next station info.

Also SBC UBL SBC JANSHATABDI is having LCD TV in 2S and CC.... U can see some videos n comedy in 3 different languages that is Kannada,Hindi n English......
