Sir i am msc student currently using railway consession from palakkad to coimbatore, i want to done a project in thrissur hospital can i extend the ticket to thrissur under the same concession < thrissur to coimbatore>
But the officer told that it is not allowded
is it true ?

Hi, the official is right. Thrissur is in the opposite direction to your concession which is between Palakaad and Coimbatore. Thrissur is between Palakaad to ERS, the very opposite direction.
You should get this concession form cancelled, and fresh one issued for the Palakaad Thrissur-Palakaad sector..
It won't help using any express train with the current concession form you hold.
