1. You can grab tickets at Unreserved Ticket Booking offices located on both sides of the station, East and West.
2. If you're looking for the PRS Office, it's on the CSTM end of PF #1 along with an ATM.
3. The AC Dormitory can be found on PF #1.
4. Need to wait? Head to the Waiting Rooms on PF #4&5.
5. Hungry? Refreshment/Snack stalls are all over the place, like on PF #1,4,5,6,7.
6. If you're looking to send something, go to the Parcel Office on the West side outside the station premises towards Kasara end, i.e PF #1 side.
7. Be extra careful because major offices like TC/RPF/GRP etc. are on PF #4&5.
8. Need cash? ATMs can be found on the West side i.e PF #1 side, just beside the Unreserved Ticket Booking office.
9. Want to inquire about trains? Go to the Unreserved Ticket Booking Office premises.
10. There are Big/Small FOB's on all platforms and the Big FOB is connected to the sky-walk outside directly.
11. You can find one Escalator on PF #1.
