bad luck fan was not functioning. The room keeper asked us to check the one next #9. Same was the case. Then he asked us to goto #5 under one of the A/Cs. There was no fan at all this time. But there were big size rats running to & fro into the Central A/C piping system (Not sure if this was ever operational) right on the top of the head. Cubicles were dirty. Beds were very ordinary.
