The chart has being prepard and final status id WL 2/3.
I tryed to cancel it now through irctc but it states that the ticket cannot be cancelled as chart is prepared.
Will i get a refund?? If yes then what is the procedure??

Ticket will cancel automatically and money will be refunded in your account.
E tickets will get automatically cancelled if it remained in Wait list after chart preparation. No need to worry,the amount will be deposited to your account in two days.
WL CK will get cancelled,no worries.
No refund only for CNF CK tickets,For CKWL , you will get full refund
