You can spot paper tea cups lying all around the tracks two kilometers either sides of the station.An indication that you are approaching or leaving akanapet!!

I am skeptical of the idea if mere tea cups all around tracks would render it strong enough to be a contender for an entry in the Guinness book of world records.
However, this is a typical Nizami town,small and lazy, the tea resembles typical irani chai and native telangana blend. So refreshing after a long journey. 5 rs is the price, i have been a loyal consumer since the cost was Rs. 1/- like the many hundereds of passengers.
