We booked a tickets of ranakpur express from bikaner to bandra, but our boarding place was ahmedabad, so wn we went to our seats the seats were allotted to some one others and tc also refused to give answer our seats were confirmed but we didn't allowed to travel, so can any one suggest will I get refund or what should I do in this case?
If you intend to board from a latter station other than your boarding point, you ought to change that during/after the booking of the ticket. Else, the TTE has full right to offer your seats/berths to RAC/Waitlisted passengers.
In such cases, TTE should mark as "No show". You were supposed to file TDR within a specific time limit after the scheduled departure of the train. I believe, you have already missed the deadline.

Departure was at 18.11.2013 and I filed tdr at 19.11.13 approximate 24 hours later.
In case of e-tickets (confirmed or RAC), if the reservation charts have been prepared, online TDR is required to be filed for obtaining refund. No refund of fare shall be admissible on e- ticket having confirmed reservation in case the request for refund is filed online after two hours of the actual departure of the train.
