Many a times this train SL class, gets Fully Booked from Mumbai itself, within few seconds of Opening of the PRS ...
How does this happen... without the 'help' of higher staff doing some trick ?
This generally happens when some social or religious event is happening in Kutch....

I understand what you are talking. This is official Booking ,
What i say is counter opens , and few bookings done and suddenly no vacancy board is displayed. How ? It means insiders play with outsiders for certain groups who are travelling 'enmass' to kachchh during certain season, period, celebration, religious ceremonies.
And you also can guess who these 'groups' are :)
