(1) Our family's three passengers are confirmed & one child is wait listed on a single PNR for Shatabdi . If wait listed is not converted to confirmed, then will W/L will be allowed to travel or not.
(2) In return journey, W/L is converted to confirmed. When will we able to know coath/seat no. Is there any facility to get the same through SMS?
Please guide.

this pnr is for Shatabdi and how can a child be adjusted with other passengers in a Chair Car? It seems there is some confusion and you have given answer =
and accommodate the child in any one of the confirmed berth/s. =
May be this happened due to oversight. the initial blog itself confirms CC tickets by mentioning train name as Shatabdi. sorry for pointing out, but pl be careful in future. it happens with everybody. we are humans.
