I want to know the refund rule (TDR) for a tatkal ticket which was in W/L at the time of booking but 3 hours before departure of train chart was prepared and out of two tickets in the PNR one of them was confirmed and other was in W/L. Both passengers didn't travelled.
I have filed TDR 12 hours after departure of train from source. Will I be eligible for TDR?

Both passengers didn't travel dear so how will they get Untraveled certificate??
In case of E-Ticket issued for travel of more than one passenger, some passengers have confirmed
reservation and others are on RAC or Waiting list, then in case of passengers on RAC/ Waiting list not
travelling, A CERTIFICATE HAS TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE TTE(Ticket checking staff) to that
effect and online TDR shall have to be filed within seventy two(72)...
