Maan, the train is a hit. The problems you cited exist in almost every sector. Even some prestigious trains are not spared of these mundane IR problems. Instead of branding it "waste," I would politely request you to ask for, rather demand, those facilities as you have a right as a passenger. Of course, I understand your frustration, but these problems are ubiquitous and 22351 is not alone. Please lodge your grievances using pgpportal and let them know of your dissatisfaction in black and white.

Well this train has just started... heard that it is suppose to get LHB once ANVT-PNBE AC Special completes it run... i am sure it will improve in future... and in one journey anyone of us cant real tag it as a waste of train. Going by that standard i have travelled in PNBE Rajdhani with no curtains... but thats one instance may be bcos of last min problems may be
