Regarding Punctuality: The train is punctual enough, however, if the train is late by nearly or more than 1 hr at Igatpuri then the punctuality can takes a big hit, because it falls in the "EMU peak rush" zone in suburban Mumbai and gets delayed by 3-4 hrs.
Regarding Food: what can I say?; It's an absolute delight for foodies. In addition to pantry, CR has also contracted Caterers to service this train. Caterers only serve dinner/lunch, whereas rest of the day in addition to Lunch/Dinner pantry items are available. They are very tasty!

Again, CR has kept onboard cleaning services on this train. This not only ensures cleanliness of Toilets and Dustbin/wash basin areas, but also that of the entire coach. All the stuff kept by passengers in the corridor/under the seats get cleaned up, nearly every hour. Also, two persons are assigned the duty of cleaning one coach, this again ensures cleanliness in all coaches. Surely no complains here!
Comfort: Excellent, AC is top notch, bedding is also clean.
Overall excellent to travel, for RFs, one can travel at a leisure pace between any stations enroute and enjoy the scenery during day time.
