1. for booking special train or coach for marriage party, pilgrimage, site seeingetc, you have tocontact thestation manager/ station master of the station from where you want to start your journey.you may apply for special train / coach six months.

will have to deposit rs 50,000/- for each coach as security cum registration fee for which amoney reciept will be issued to you.

3. you will have to submit an application addressed to railway ,hqs with,pin ,alongwith the photocopy of the money reciept, photo identity proof i.e.voter id , pancard etc& address proof.givivingdetails of the programme.

4.the application will be received by the stationmanager / masterwho will forward it to cptm, hq .you can also send a photo copy of your application tocptm, in hq.

5. provisional allotment of the coach will be given within2 days of the recipt of your application in the cptm's office.

6.final allotmentwill be givenlatest by a week earlier from the date of commencement of journey.

7. you can applyfor coach booking or special train six months earlier from the commencement of journey date . how ever less than onemonth programme will also be accepted.

8. after final allotment andprogramme is issued, the party should contact the station manager concerned for issue of ticket 48 hrs. before commencement of journey,alongwith list of passengers ,and original booking reciept.
