Probably BCT - ADI has low mps, i.e around 110 (i guess) and secondly, may be facing clearance issues with traffic.
it is due to more slack time provided, secondly congestion many a times. have seen this train comin by 12:45/50 many a times at adi. thats handsome 25/mins before time. also they make it crawl after maninagar till adi jn with almost 20 mins at times,
Slack is given in the end even though the MPS is 130. Moreover slack is required since it almost all the trains halt at BRC outer and ADI outer for atleast 15-20 mins resulting in delays
