i was getting a confirmed ticket of neelachal. but i want to reach delhi in the morning itself.
what i want to know is the time when the chart of this train is prepared? coz if it is prepared after 10am, then i'll loose the chance of booking ticket in tatkal tomorrow
yes chart will be preapared 1-2 hrs before dep of kgp around 1pm
