रेलफैनों की तो बात ही कुछ और है

An admin-cum-member-cum RF meet is envisaged at 9 am on 1st January, New Year's Day. The assembling point will be opposite to the Saravana Bhavan outlet at Chennai Central Station. All IRI admins and members are welcome to attend along with their family members, relatives, friends and guests, with or without any prior consent or approval. THE MORE NUMBERS, THE MERRIER. Let me also add that there are no terms & conditions, rules & regulations, laws & bylaws or systems & procedures to be followed prior to, during or after the meet which will last till 11 am.
PS. A post in this thread confirming the participation will be highly appreciated although this is PURELY OPTIONAL, VOLUNTARY & DISCRETIONARY.
