22110 Run Analysis:-

After the prequel to my analysis of 22109 LTT NZM AC Express, I put forth my views & analysis for its return pair 22110 NZM LTT AC Express as under:-

Stretch
...
1:- NZM to AGC to Bhopal

The most important of the stretches which decides the On Time Performance of the train. It has to run consistently at stipulated average speeds with not even a minute delay else the schedule is gone haywire. The aggressive schedule becomes more aggressive with the top priority Chennai Rajdhani close on its heels. It is seen that the safety bracket in this stretch is minimum of 10 minutes or 15 kms distance between this AC Express and Chennai Rajdhani and it fails every time to keep itself outside this bracket and the history is written for that run by a smashing OT. Once it loses its lot then it becomes very difficult to even trail MAS Rajdhani for that purpose.

Further it also puts section controllers in a dilemma and hence here certain reschedulings will be required as under:-
a. 12434 MAS Rajdhani should be allowed to depart NZM at 15:50 hours on Wednesdays & Fridays to reach Bhopal at 23:45 hours and thereafter maintain its present schedule.
b. 22110 NZM LTT AC Express can then depart NZM at 16:00 hours and comfortably trail MAS Rajdhani and arrive Bhopal at 23:55 hours and thereafter maintain its present schedule
c. MAS GR (slot sharing with 12434) should be allowed to depart NZM at 15:50 hours on Mondays to reach Bhopal at 23:45 hours and thereafter maintain its present schedule.
d. Secunderabad Duronto can depart NZM at 16:00 hours on Mondays & Fridays and thereafter maintain its present schedule giving priority to MAS Rajdhani & GR.

Stretch 2:- Bhopal to Bhusaval to Nasik

This stretch has a comfortable slack and even if it arrives Bhopal up to 45 min late, delay can be easily covered. However, with this rescheduling the delay at Bhopal is set to reduce with all trains enjoying their priorities. This will ensure atleast 10 minute BT at Bhusaval. Accordingly departure from Bhusaval can be revised to 05:30 hours and this 10 minute slack can be used in Bhusaval Nasik Stretch which also sees some delay thanks to aggressive schedule. Thus this train can reach Nasik RT.

Stretch 3:- Nasik – Igatpuri - LTT

Not a high speed stretch and hence no change in TT required. The loco change at Igatpuri has to be dispensed with as soon as possible to maintain this schedule and IR should ensure that the desired stretch between KYN – LTT is ACfied at the earliest by giving requisite permissions with stipulations, if any. It will ensure an OTP for every run.

Conclusion:-
Since these are my viewpoints, it may not necessarily be agreeable /practicable by IR due to its varied commitments.

The possibility of on time arrival gets buried as soon as that OT takes place, Only if this correction is done nothing else is required
Train can still arrive BSL before time and NK on time, And despite the loco change @IGP there are still chances of on time arrival...

Agreed... Also between NK n BSL I find an very aggressive schedule for 22110.

22109 is allowed to cover the distance in 2 hrs 45 minutes but 22110 gets only 2 hr 37 minutes to cover the same distance and hence my recommendation for preponing departure from BSL by 10 mins.

I certainly feel there is no need to increase the travel time of Chennai Rajdhani here in UP direction because here she is an elderly rajdhani, so even if LTT NZM AC was Rajdhani, this change was certainly not desirable.
But still, atleast in UP direction, MAS rajdhani seems to be reason causing delay in AC exp
Changes should be made in the timings of AC Express itself i.e it should depart after Mas Rajdhani from Nizamuddin.

pm-4:30pm is time period reserved for Mahakaushal Express and Mumbai Rajdhani Express.
so, LTT AC Express can depart NZM at 4:10 pm and still there would be sufficient time gap between the speed king 12952 and her i.e of 25-30 mins.
Mahakaushal can be made to depart NZM at 4:15 pm, that too will not affect the speed run of 12952.
Then there needs to be exchange of timings of halts at AGC, GWL, JHS, BPL between 22110 and 12434.
Hence, for 22110 timings could be :-
Nizamuddin 16:10 pm
Agra cantt 18:08-18:10
Gwalior 19:20-19:22
Jhansi 20:40-20:45
Bhopal 23:45-23:55
Bhusawal 5:35-5:40
Nasik 8:17-8:20
Kalyan 10:53-10:55
LTT 11:50
Above thing also seems to be diificult to be implemented then simply departure time of 12910 and 22110 should be exchanged as Chennai Rajdhani will never be allowed to overtake Bandra Garib Rath and LTT AC Express running before Bandra GR can safely maintain it's timings without any fear of overtake by Mas Rajdhani. There will be time gap of extra 10 mins between AC exp and Raj i,e total time gap of 20 mins of NZM departure.
i.e 22110 departure from NZM should be at 15:40 and of BDTS GR at 15:50
Rest all the halt timings of AC Express can remain same except for LTT arrival which should be made 11:40 am because after 10 am, I dont think there is much office going or college going people's rush, so, 22110 should be speeded up a bit after Kalyan i.e Kalyan to LTT, it should take 45 mins like Haridwar-LTT AC unlike its present 57 mins travel.
so, the timings can be :-
Nizamuddin 15:40 pm
Agra cantt 17:58-17:59
Gwalior 19:06-19:08
Jhansi 20:27-20:32
Bhopal 23:35-23:45
Bhusawal 5:35-5:40
Nasik 8:17-8:20
Kalyan 10:53-10:55
LTT 11:40

But in down direction surely, Chennai GR timings needs to be altered so that the frequency of AC Express could be increased
