I have a tatkal ticket(Counter ticket) booked for friday but I missed it at my home. What shall I do??

The duplicate tatkal tickets are issued in exceptional cases on payment of full fare under the discretionary powers of the officer nominated at reservation office. Also, it should be proved that the incident its beyond the control of the passenger (like theft, fire, natural calamities etc) with adequate proof for the same
