If you are unwilling to take dinner from onboard catering, wait till Guntur. Usually arrives around 10.15 and you will have 20 minutes to get Idli and Vada with spicy chutney.

Expected time to reach Guntur is 12 am midnight. See the timetable. Guntur's halting time has dropped down to the half of 20 minutes, i.e, 10 min. The 10:15 PM arrival is not in Guntur, it's Bapatla's departure.
