what is meant by Pooled Quota?? And what exactly is Pooled Quota waiting list(PQWL)??

To add with Arijit Sir has said,
Sometimes PQ Quota, RL Quota are clubbed with GN Quota to make use of the unutilised quota vacancies!
Thus u might find many PNR queries here, where say out of 4, 3 passengers have been confirmed in GN Quota, and 1 remains in PQWL or RLGN(WL).
