Although the Tip does give "some" information, general suggestions to the railways are not really Tips. This tip could be made more useful, by focusing on the passenger, and giving more specific info. For example,
"Yes, seat-side charging is not available. But do the chargers at the end of the coach work? This way we know that although inconvenient, the provided sockets DO work.
