I could not take this train as 22210 duronto was delayed by 2 hours at brc. Now i had a TATKAL ticket in this train so how should I go on filing A tdr for the same

There is an Option in TDR as "Train Missed as Connecting Train was late",but here Duronto halt at BRC may not be considered..In case of other trains don't know whether it shall be considered or not,in such CK scenario if a TDR is filed using this option.
The said circumstances are railway operational issues.
"Passenger not traveled" will not qualify. If that is the case, everybody will use the same option instead of cancelling the ticket as there is no refund.

Passenger not traveled cannot be used at all...If any that can be used that is only "Train Missed as Connecting Train was late".But since this CNF Tatkal ticket they may not consider this as well...
sir what if train is diverted but Source n destination r not altered??
Guess you should be eligible for full refund as per Point No:2..
