destinations are not given - presently ndls-howrah is operative - and bandra-ndls will operate from 15.1.2010. You can find ndls-hwh in irctc site. 2249-2250. For Bandra-ndls its is 2247-2248.
For yuva concession fares - NREGA Certificate/Employment Exchange Registration card is reqd Originals and photocopies are to be carried alongwith in person while booking as well as during journey according to Western Railway Ad. thanks

If you are registered in Employment Exchange of your city, you can avail concession of Yuva tickets (i.e. Rs.299/- or 399//- according to distance) else you can travel by Non-Yuva tickets which is like a general ticket and does not required NREGA or Employment Exchange REgistration.
For eligibiity of YUVA concessions - One should be unemployed and between 15 and 45 yrs of age. Passenger should possess any one - NREGA Certificate or Valid Registration of Employment Exchange of your city.
Original alongwith photocopy of the certificate/Registration and proof of age are
required during booking and also while travelling.
For additional information pl check 'rail news' tab in this site to the link posted by Sh Manish Panda on Jan12 at6.02pm.
Non Yuva fare for Delhi Mumbai is Rs.552/- without any hassles.
The above are Chair Car fares.
Proof of Age consists of Driving Licence, Voter Id, any Govt Id /Ration card. The above concessional fares of 299/- are applicable only to unemployed category.
