Travelled by 2 tier A/C on Sept 15th from Nizamuddin to Trichur. Food was good.
However the only one 2 tier coach was in poor shape. There is no A/c temperature control, either off or on, and coach was a 1995 one. Cleani9g staff board at stations and clean the side window glasses, asking the passengers to get up and make way for them! Still the windows were not clean!
3 tier coaches are new, more efficient A/C control.

Did you complain to the coach attendent on the temperature.

This train has only 18 coaches with only 3 AC coaches(1 2A & 2 3A). This is the problem for many trains under Coach Care Centre, Ernakulam particularly because of the non availability of rakes which compels them to use old rakes.

Yes, he was very courteous, admitted his limitation (no thermostat control) , but he said the new coaches (3rd ac) have it.

Maybe you should have given a written complaint at the station. Old coaches will continue to have such problems.
