There is an option in IRCTC to file TDR, use that, your money will be refunded after deductions.

first of all, which ticket is this? if its an eticket, file TDR online on irctc.co.in. if its a prs ticket, visit prs counter within specified time limit after actual departure of train(the time limit depends on length of your journey). in both cases, you get full refund with deduction of clerkage charge and transaction charge(of course in case of eticket only)

This train started somewhere in 80's (or maybe even before) originally upto Gwalior and later extended to Agra Cantt.
Surprising element is even after so many years the frequency never got increased, still a weekly ofcourse its in RSA with Habibganj Express (when did this train Habibganj express got introduced?)
The frequency of this train must be increased to triweekly and should be atleast extended upto NZM/NDLS could take off the load of Punjab Mail and Pathankot Express...

yes i completely agree with you, very nice train and very good speed ,it takes only 20hours from ltt to agra and should be extended to ndls and should make tri weekly and i also feel that 12107/12173 should be run on daily basis because these 2 train does not run on thursday and friday.
lashkar should be made tri-weekly.i have started my journey on lashkar exp since 15 years back ,at that time timing of these train in kyn was on nine am and used to originate fron dadar and then timing was changed these train used to leave dadar on 5:30am on sunday for agra and now its leave ltt at 4:25pm on friday. a good train with terrific
speed, infact better train that punjab mail from mum to agra

Yes it has good speed in both directions, mostly punctual, less halts, PC available
All good elements hope the frequency gets increased...

The changes in timings will show adverse effect on connecting trains.
Of what use is this train by taking the circuitous route? Hardly any.
People who want to go to GNT will have several buses and auto'es outside TEL Station.
Couldn't SR notice any wastage of time in this regards where they could find wastage of time in diverting Sangrami for months together.
