1. TT is change with speedup ~ 6 AM or after departure from RKMP.

Wednesday OFF instead of Saturday

The reason is simple
Apart from Weekend Run (i:e Friday, Sunday, Monday) the occupancy is not above 80-85%, so adding 4 more CC coaches will give 312 extra seats, that means overall decline in occupancy.
If the points mentioned above are implemented then I am positive that on an average extra 200-250 passengers will increase on daily basis.

have following logics to back my opinion.

- As currently 5:40 AM dep feels a little odd for a premium train like VB specially from Bhopal which doesn't see mass migration and have many trains to Delhi. 6 AM departure though only 20 minutes later, but psychologically it seems like convenient time. IMO a 6:30 departure would be much much better but I know WCR will not give.

-Having halt at BPL will provide extra passengers from Old City and Sant Hirdaram Nagar Area, for whom current time is odd as it takes almost 30 extra minutes to reach RKMP.

-Having terminal at NDLS instead of NZM will serve as major changing point as at NDLS passengers can change train and can get Shatabdi, Jan Shatabdi, Vande Bharat and other trains to places like Jammu, Chandigarh, Kalka Amritsar, Dehradun etc. This will lead to some more passengers opting RKMP VB to travel further North.

-Currently this VB is having day off at Saturday because on this day the departure is clashing with Lashkar Express which has ample of slack time available in RKMP-VGLJ-AGC, which is the most stupid excuse BPL Div has come up with. Saturday this train can fetch numbers same as Sunday, that's why change in Day Off is also required. Wednesday being the midweek is the proper day for Maintenance.


If mentioned points are implemented in RKMP VB then 20C rake can be given to it.
