Total Rake is 2014 Made just the 2 EOGs are different.
EOG 1 - 2005 POHed
2 - 2011 DD POHed
Each and every Coach is permitted upto 160 kmph.

Sir I am also surprised with this occurrence but currently everyone thinks that it got what Kalka had to get but thats not true. "Reputation" belongs only upto RFs and I am saying this because this train also had 65 kmph average and delays more or less same as Poorva but I am not saying that its equally enough as Poorva but technically If Poorva can have it then Biweekly can also have it on practical grounds. Now the Kalka factor,Yes I know after cancellations of the LHBfication proposal of Vikramshila the proposal shifted to Kalka and ER is getting Non AC LHB coaches in bulk and everyone knows that because new coaches are lying on every other station but there are few major problems which were becoming obstacles for Kalka and due to that Biweekly got it and those were :-
Kalka officially has 25 Coaches and max upto 26 in season so IR cant reduce it to 20 because in a LHB rake till now max 20 coaches for pax is feasible.
2) Kalka/Chandigarh Slip Issue
2)Rake Compatibility at Kalka Station
First one is the most important one. Including all rakes total 20 Coaches are needed to be reduced to provide LHB to Kalka and which is not that easy.

Rake was not the issue. Malda Divn refused to take it because there is no such facilities to maintain LHB Rakes !! Construction was going at BGP but sources say that work later slowed down. If you remember I was strongly in favor of VS's LHBfication in that old blog a year or two ago along with Mr. Jha and you but later I got confirmed news that Malda refused to take it and I guess the reason was genuine. Malda Divn is actually backward right now.

I guess all the deserving shatabdis are having LHB now an just BSP raj is laging behind. I dont understand Many Many SECR LHB AC coaches are lying at Various places in ER then why cant SECR take those and do something. Even SER uses few SECR coaches in Premium Specials

I know that :P If SECR has that much coaches then it should use them. Today itself I saw around 5 SECR Coaches here and SER's AC Spcls and Premiums are running with em !!

Hahaha !! I was waiting for this...I knew you will eventually confirm it by yourself ! :) I have take Kalka Mail many time From HWH D1-GS Goes and Returns as GS-GS thats why people get confused about it but it always was a 25 coacher and will run as 26+Loco in the season very shortly. Although here is my Kalka Blog with each and every coach detail with Pics of each coach /blog/post/1519640 .

I have seen mostly in SER. SER runs lots of LHB trains. I haven't seen as such in other zones

Ha vahi hai !!! Jo sayad HK bhai e update diya tha. Ha ye haal hi me LHB hui hai 29.sep se !!!! Yes Ye loco WAP 6 hai... Or Ex WAP 6 but Currently CLass WAP 4 hai but in 14 WAP's ka System pura different hai 22401-22414 tak. And in sabka Honking tak 3 Phaser hai. Video me clearly maine Honk sun ke hi bata diya tha ke WAP 6 hai :P

Kalka Mail's Coaches are Comfortable enough though. Thanks to LLH. Only train left with terrible coaches is currently Himgiri Exp. But I wish Kalka mail should get an upgrade . Kalka Mail has an image which can easily fetch it because of that First train Gag but also the TT and CC is a big problem. Honestly Speaking Kalka Mail's TT has nothing Superfast beyond Dhanbad but still its rated as a SF just because of the image and in DLI -KLK it is certified Mail Exp so what I mean to say here is that Kalka Mail's huge reputation is enough. Its always good to see that very huge Rake of Kalka mail thrashing with one of the white stallions of ER or NR. :) :)

click here Since 1976 it had been a thrashing experience with Andhra Pradesh Exp and on its anniversary we all are privileged to commemorate these 39 Years of service to the people of united Andhra Pradesh and the rest of India.
All appreciation goes to Mr. Dandavate ho commissioned this legend in the first place and since the journey is quite awesome and sometimes controversial. The inevitable division of Andhra Pradesh brought notion of separatism in the thought of its people and which lead to this occurrence when I am writing on the verge of a credential exchange when new
legacy starts there and this one ends here.
But,its part of our society because a revelation, a warrior can not live till the end of time and eventually it has to unarm its shield and that is what is going to happen very soon. This may be the last anniversary when we call it "A.P" but I would like to add up that whatever the name may be and whatever the case may be it served its people till its last unit of electricity. On a funny note I would also like to say that Yes Changes come and go but legacy stays still. Telengana or A.P people are same but different on practical ground and so is this legend.
On the face of this Rail World Andhra Pradesh Express Used to cover the distance in same amount of time in which Rajdhani Exp does today with negligible stops and with all the mordern amenities were available since 1976 only but later due to emerging need of Upper Class of trains a superfast needed to slow down and it made way for the Rajdhani. Not Just that it was and is and will be the first choice of an average Hyderabadi because it runs daily with priority not lesser than any other train against the Rajdhani. It is the Pride of SCR and Will continue to hold the position.
And On its apparent last birthday we wish it to live long and serve us more and more even when we know that this celebration is destined to conclude soon.
