One more journey to hometown. We came to Station at 17:30. As usual, our train was on Platform 5. PF 6 occupied by Pune Bilaspur, PF 4 by Mumbai Intercity, PF 3 by Chennai Ahmedabad, PF 2 by Lonawala Local and PF 1 by Jhelum.
As PF 4 & 5 both are having Intercity one is to Mumbai & other to Solapur, I found people bit confused about which train to take.
As Pune Bilaspur departed late, our train also started late by 10 mins from Pune. As there are back to back trains in Pune Daund section, Hutatma always delayed in this stretch and after waiting couple of mins at Daund outer came to Station late by 25 mins. After brief hault of 2 mins departed around 19:30.
Now our Solapur Division started. Controller given Top++ priority to Hutatma and kept all UP Trains on loop line. From Daund to Dhavlas it ran Non-Stop. At Dhavlas, 11020 was on up loop line and my train was on down loop line. After couple of mins 12026 came with WDP-4D, driver was madly honking. Shatabdi crosses our train in fraction of second. After Shatabdi passes, my train again started accelerating and reached Kurduwadi at 21:00.
Immediately it was departed from Kurduwadi and reached Solapur at sharp 22:00. Driver covers Daund to Solapur distance in just 2 hrs 30 mins with Kurduwadi hault & Shatabdi crossing at Dhavlas.
Enroute I have seen 17031 looped at Mundhewadi at my train overtakes 17031 with mind blowing speed.
As always, I enjoyed my journey.. :)

It's a great weekend I was enjoying in Pune and in the night I was planned to travel by 19420. I was traveling to Chandani Chowk by PMPML. In mean while I checked NTES and found that my train running late by 2 hrs. Expected arrival at Pune is 23:15 instead of regular 21:10.
I have taken Kothrud Depot - MaNaPa bus till Shivajinagar and took Lonavala Pune Local for next 3 Km journey.
I reached Pune Station at 23:00. PF1 was occupied by Pune Ernakulam Poorna Express via Miraj. PF2 by Kolhapur Gondia Maharashtra Express. My local came on PF3 and within 5 mins it is departed as Pune Talegaon Local. At 23:15, Kalyan WDM3D hauling LTT Hubali Express came on PF4 and Pune WDP4D hauling Secunderabad Pune Shatabdi came to PF5 bang on time. After that, NZM Pune Holiday Special arrived in PF6 and Chennai Mumbai Express on PF3.
My train 19420 Ahmadabad Chennai Express arrived at 23:45 on PF2 with Amul livery Vadodara WAP5. After a brief hault of 25 mins and loco change from electric to diesel KJM shed WDP4D, departed at 00:10.
As train was running late by 3 hrs, I thought it will take atleast 4-5 hrs or may be more than 6 hrs to give side for on time trains. I kept alarm of 4 AM and started enjoying journey. Train was superb horn with awesome driver running continuously at 108 Kmph. In the whole journey, train was stopped at Bhigwan for Siddheshwar and Washimbe for Latur Mumbai. Skipped Daund, Kurduwadi with great speed.
Surprisingly, reached Solapur at 03:45 AM on PF3 i.e. only 3 hr 35 mins journey. If was slept and waited for 4 AM alarm then surely I went to Wadi.. :D as the concept is late running train is always late.
Awesome journey comes an end here with 1.5 hrs delay covered enroute. Hope you enjoyed this trip report.. :)

At 14:15 left office and took PMPML Bus No 115 Hinjewadi - Pune Station and reached Pune Station at 15:15. Display indicator was showing Kakinada has delayed by 30 minutes. Taken my journey ticket from ATVM Machine.
Entered to PF 1, huge of passengers are waiting for Pune Gorakhpur. Pune Indore departed from PF 1 after 10 mins Deccan left from PF 5. I went to PF 2, Koyana came to PF 4 at 15:30 and Udyan on PF 2 at 15:40. Udyan left at 15:55 sharp. As soon as Udyan reached Shivajinagar bridge Koyana departed (As this section is converted from block section to automatic signalling system).
My train arrived Pune at 17:20 on PF 2 and departed at 17:30 i.e. 1 hr delayed. WDG 4 UBL Shed (Ex KJM Shed) hauling Pune Gorakhpur departed at 17:20. Till Daund my train was trailing Gorakhpur Express hence stopped at Loni, Yavat and Patas as line was not clear.
After Patas, train entered into Solapur Division. Both driver as well as Controller goes mad from here (Awesome Controller). From Daund, each and every station WDG 3A is just honking and smoking madly and continuously running at speed of 110 Km/hr. Not a single crossing on this single line section, as other trains are already on loop line for giving side to this late running train.
I was expecting to reach Solapur around 20:30, but surprisingly train reached at 19:50 only. Within 3 hrs 20 mins only. As platform was not available, train was waited at outer for 10 mins and after Shatabdi departs 17222 came to PF 2 of Solapur at 20:00.
I sincerely thanked to driver and Controller of Solapur Division who made me feel of traveling in Shatabdi/Rajdhani type train... _/\_ :)

train 01413 Solapur - Miraj Passenger was dep from pf 2 at 6:15 (15 mins late), Loco was WDM 3D Pune Shed.
Came to Mohol at waited for 5 mins for 12115. Then dep Mohol after taking good speed I seen that Pune Solapur passenger was in the siding at Malikpeth. At Wakav, I shocked by seeing 11052 KOP SUR Exp at side line and my train was going through.
Arrived at Madha, 12158 overtooks and 11305 crossed. After 20 mins hault train departed from Madha. Again controller given shock by keeping Bikaner - Yeshwantpur on side line at Vadsinge and my train passed through with good speed.
Arrived at Kurduwadi of 1, 11027 came on pf 2 and late running 11042 came on pf 3. Station master given green signal to all 3 trains at same time. 01413 and 11042 was ran on parallel lines for few mins. Then my train turns towards Pandharpur.
Arrived PVR of 3, Nizamabad passenger was on pf 1. There was good crowd boarded this train from Pandharpur. After Nizamabad departs MRJ - KWV passenger came in pf 1 and then my train departs.
Arrived at Sangola 10 mins late.. Journey ends here..
Hope you got overall idea about this super duper train. Train is getting good patronage between MRJ and PVR.
Less Fare.. More Speed.. :D

A small #TripReport
I am a regular passenger on 13133 from my office to home (BNXR to BWN). Usually that journey passes by without any specialty. But on the night of Friday, 13th march some special case happened which shows us what happens when the traffic controlling does some mistake and fails to prioritize trains properly. I will try to describe the facts and mistakes by the controller point by point:
Error 1: It all started when just after passing DKAE at right time my train 13133 was shifted to the pit
...
line and was overtaken by the SDAH-BRPA Local on the Fast Line. As a result, the track exchange was inevitable and that delayed my train by 25Mnts. on-spot.
Error 2: After the track exchange, my train started gaining speed and was doing 90KMPH. At that time 12321 came from behind and humiliated my train at over 100KMPH on the right side. I haven't seen such a brutal and thrilling overtake in my whole life. It's a rarest of the rare incident and I don't have the proper language to describe this. This may be an error, but an experience of the lifetime.
Error 3: The controller totally forgot to shift a freight to the pit line and that train was standing on the fast line which forced Mumbai Mail to stop. We again overtook her at GRAE.
Error 4: Again track exchange happened and now Mumbai Mail was on our left (I don't know the reason behind it. Grrr., my dinner was getting cold!).
Error 5: My train now ran really fast for some time but again stopped before SKG for 10Mnts and Mumbai Mail again took us on, now from Left (are they joking!).
Error 6: Even 13159 overtook us there and was stopped at SKG to allow 12321 to pass.
Error 7: My train started crawling and again stopped at SKG (I had already been left out of all hopes). But the controller didn't bother to control the Mighty Darjeeling (12343) en-route which came immediately at SKG, trembling the world with it's EMD and was stopped too.
Error 8: Now the situation is a total catastrophe. 3 trains are totally stalled at SKG with no clue when to move. Final result each and every train was heavily delayed to enter BWN. 13133 was worst affected with 1:08Hrs (Now it is 2:00Hrs as per NTES), 12321 got 47mnts, 12343 was 34Mnts and 13159 was 44Mnts. I don't know what they think when they control the trains. Hope they take a lesson from this incident.
In Pic:
1,2,3,4:: 12321 overtaking my 13133 at 100+KMPH when my train was doing 90+
5,6:: A bit smooth run till SKG where my train would be stalled for another 30Mnts
7:: AC coach of 13159 snapped at SKG
8,9,10:: Mighty Darjeeling (12343) stopped at SKG. It's EMD huffing in anger.
Thanks for viewing and apologies for not good quality pics due to darkness and mobile cam.
