Gorakhpur-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express will cover a distance of 302 km via Ayodhya junction in less than four hours. It will have eight coaches, including seven air-conditioned chair cars and one executive chair car coach. This first mini semi-high-speed blue-white train in the state will connect the city of Baba Gorakhnath, Gorakhpur, to the city of Nawabs, Lucknow. The train will depart from Gorakhpur at 6:05 am and reach Lucknow at 10:20 am on the same day. The return journey will depart from Lucknow at 7:15 pm and arrive in Gorakhpur at 11:25 pm on the same day. This train will provide improved connectivity to tourist places like Kushinagar, Siddharthnagar, and Sant Kabir Nagar.
