bhimavaram ante town or junction already new pf works are going in junction and there is no space for constructing new pfs at town so they made town as halt station but it is in ndd-gdv line so all trains from cct/vskp comes to town but no use in junction

Instead of reducing the sleeper and general coaches why not increase the fare of general and sleeper class. Increase ac coaches at the cost of sleeper coaches in only those trains where sleeper is having mild booking and ac class is seeing heavy WL regularly.
In place of converting memu to special and passenger /fast passenger trains to express with out increase in avg speed why not directly increase the fare of ordinary trains single journey/MST travel

prove it, rs. 100 in 2004 is equivalent to rs.333.16 in 2022 show calculation or provide valid proof based on inflation as mentioned by you.
Increasing fare of sleeper class for makin it equivalent to AC classes is not possible because such amount of care cannot be increased.
In other words, it will not be a solution of current problem since as of now if anyone plan in advance then he can enjoy the sleeper coaches in cheap price but increasing fare to AC coaches will take back that privilege as well. So it is better to reduce the seats with lower price so if anyone get failed to plan journey in advance then they need to...

I cannot provide source but i remember since i used to travel during those days. bus fare from Aga to Delhi was 60 rupees during those days and now bus fare is more then 250.
During those days, peoples use to travel between Delhi to Agra by train only for saving the time since fare of general class of superfast was equal to bus fare.

There was a news in newspaper last month that railways is going to convert this Shatabdi into Vande Bharat. That conversion will take place latest by next year. But it was not mentioned in that news whether railways will continue running Shatabdi till then or not.
Let's hope soon as there are rumors circulating that post compete doubling it might be restored. Since Pune - Bhusawal is gonna restore now chances are of this train along with Pragati to be restored as well. But its coaches are in very bad condition now and needs POH
