The Thali mentioned by rail ministry is Rs 50 (standard veg casserole) which seems to have a specific set of menu. But some of these caterers seem to have some additional items and sell them for 3 times more the rate.
I dont know how railways allows these things in the first place itself

This happen every train......If you demand Pantry will not provide same food mention in menu. In the name of additional item....they are looting every where.
