RLGN=Remote Location General Quota
RLWL=Remote Location Wait List
Confirmation depends on many factor first same quota is considered than if berth/seats are available system allots accordingly.

RLGN is Remote Location General Quota - been provided to intermediate - destination/nearby destination station - Under this, the station do have big dedicated GEN Quota, been shared by nearby stations. As been GEN, it do have RAC provision.
