lady at the counter advised me to draft a letter in Hindi (since it is Central Government and the PRO himself is a Hindi speaking person).

Upon receipt of the letter, the PRO will scrutinize it and will call for a PERSONAL INTERACTION On the Spot. Upon successful completion of interaction, he will issue a permit. Upon issuing a permit, either he himself or he will depute someone to accompany me during the photography session.

Accordingly, I have drafted a letter which is attached here. Kindly go through it. This is just for your information.

Please note that the procedures to get PERMIT may vary from Zone to Zone and Division to Division. Please contact the PRO of your Zone / Division in case you are interested in doing TENSION FREE and LEGAL RAIL-FANNING.
