T/P-Termination Indicator Board For Passenger Train Railway Termination Indicator Board For Passenger Train " T/P " size of 1 meter made of 2mm thick Aluminium Sheet, Fixing on 25 x 25 x 3mm M.S.Angle Frame. The entire face of the Sign Board shall be covered with "YELLOW HIGH" Colours, the Borders & "T/P" shall be in "BLACK" Colours.

Due to various reasons, the speed of the trains to be run in certain sections of the railway line is restricted. You will find similar boards with big numbers like 30, 60 etc in display. The loco drivers have to restrict the speed of the train to below the indicated kilometre per hour. At the place where the restriction ends the T/P sign is placed. The drivers can resume their normal operating speed after the sign board.
