Junction: Where multiple lines originate to various other places
Road: The nearest railhead to that particular place, but a bit far from the place

Cantt: Cantonment area (British), present day area controlled by military
Bridge: Self Explanatory
Halt: A halt of lesser importance (not sure on this)
