The constitution prohibits the use of force on Indian nationals by Indian Military. So they cant go on an offensive against the rioters but can only be in defensive positions and fend off those idiots. The political class have to deal with them strictly. Sadly its they themselves who have in the name of reservations and quotas split the country into unruly fragments.
A law called national properties act is there in so many countries. I dont know why its not there in India. Under the act, these goons and lazy illiterates can be fined upto lakhs and can be prisoners for 7 years minimum.
