Not sure about that, trains like 12601 and MAQ ICE, reached 1hr late at MAQ, in that 1hour, 30 min been was added between SRR-MAQ section. As told before, Parasu, only 20min was added in that section. So not exactly sure whether it is because of TSR or other issue.
May be if someone travels in that section, it will give better idea. NTES can't be treated blindly, they might say train has reached on time, when it was late by 30min

Not exactly true. Even now SR gets 52kg rails instead of 60kg . MAS division completed 140 trials in its main routes but no funds were released later. There is a lack of man power , BBQ yard alone has 300 men shortage

Agree that the toilet waste is also contributing badly in damaging tracks, but the introduction of bio toilets has also in fact affected travel inside trains with more stink, blocked loos, careless travellers throwing waste etc.
So there needs to be some way to balance both. There is no doubt that traffic has increased and resources deployed by railways is very less

Blockage is mainly caused by travelers who threw away things in it. Unless, travelers are not made to understand, nothing can be done regarding this
