Unless you don't address congestion & 365 days late running of trains in NDLS-ALD-CNB-MGS-PNBE-KIUL-BGP/HWH section, I will always consider Prabhu a failure, no matter which party is he from!
The route u mentioned is actually cursed by our former RM's who kept on announcing one train after the other without even looking at the infra and its limitations. On top of that the MGS-PNBE sector has a big reputation of chain pulling which also doesn't helps the punctuality.

We all agree that these all delay related issues are due to former RMs but looking at the scale of this problem, Prabhu ji's 1st focus in last 3 yrs should have been to complete EDFC on war zone scale which we cannot see on ground.. If Prabhu ji is still not able to complete this project by 2019 and not able to clear freight load from this sector, it will be one of the points for negative marking for Prabhu
Totally agree...delaying the EDFC is only going to escalate the problem. But I am not sure how fast is the EDFC work going on but considering the length and the Working culture of railways I don't think they can finish it by 2019. Also we must not forget that a huge chunk of our budget is actually eaten by Kashmir Railway on the name of national project with very little returns.
